when i load my client it turns white i need help !!!!

Go to your RevCMS config and replace the whole web-build line with the following..

$_CONFIG['hotel']['web_build'] = '63_1dc60c6d6ea6e089c6893ab4e0541ee0/1601'; //Web_Build

If the error persists post your external vars, client configuration and your revcms config.

Is it r63 or r63b?

This might be a stupid question but you never know, Did you download SWFS and set them up?

As Kyle said do you have SWFS? If you do have SWFS send your external_variables.txt.
