Well, seeing today Kryptos told me that APIs are not allowed to go on index pages, I think there should be a place where we can report them, if there's not already a place?

You arent getting it, I mean your TheHabbos.ORG's user/banner/spot can't redirect to your voting page.
You can report them

as of now.
The API is just an add-on to the voting page, not the actual voting page.
