Setting up my Monitor settings

Could anyone help me set up my monitors settings for gaming on the 360, specifically for COD Ghosts.
This is my monitor,

I want to make sure every exact setting is correct.

Sorry if this is in the wrong thread, i been finding it hard to find which places are right for threads lately. This place has changed

You wouldn't really need to setup a Monitor of this form- Since you're probably using HDMI, your Xbox should pretty much auto-configure the minimal amount of settings this Monitor actually offers.
