You could just add your ip into the swf, but people can take it out.

I don't see why you'd do this. If I wanted to take someones SWF I'd check for domain protection anyway, it's common sense. If you want to "protect" the SWF, change the RSA Keys, since a good 90% will not know what the issue is to why the SWF isn't working for them.
