Hello,
I am looking for a couple professional individuals for a hotel I've been creating.

About me:
Hello, my name is Zach. I'm from the United States. I've played Habbo since 2009 on and off quite actively. I've played retros since soon after I begun Habbo, in maybe 2010. I remember playing those Debbo release servers, and Bloodline, always trying to set them up so I could be "rich". Installing HoloCMS without an emulator wondering why nothing is loading. Fast forward a few years I made my own hotel, it didn't last long and I had no idea what I was doing, I was maybe 12 years old. Few years later I started making my own hotels, some successful some not so much. It's been a while since I've been in the retro game, and I know a successful hotel isn't a one-man job.

I will help with the community, and assist with community development, advertising etc., I will be the only developer, and ensure everything runs smoothly.

About the Hotel:
The hotel will run Arcturus with the latest clothing and furniture, and minimal bugs. The hotel will be a "casino" oriented hotel, however won't be limited to it. Lots of events will be hosted daily to keep the community together, and help people interact by playing games. It will be professionally moderated - not as strict as Habbo, but disputes will be handled as professionally. The economy will be some-what loose, the goal of the hotel is to have a lot of fun, so there will be more rares in circulation to fuel peoples gambling crazes, and so people can feel like they're collecting more funi, feeling richer. It will be run on OVH to help minimalism DDoS attacks, I plan to have it online for at least a few months. If everything works out I don't mind have it online longer, while updating everything.

Why I need you:
I need a few key individuals to ensure the community is running smoothly, help create weekly competitions, handle disputes, and overall represent the hotel. It will be a laid-back environment (as long as you're mature).

Role of each position:

Hotel Manager:
This person will be the community leader per se. Creating events, competitions, getting to know each user and just having a good time. When the time calls for it you will handle disputes among staff, help select staff to hire, have input on economy, and new features, etc. If you do well you will be promoted to owner.

Moderator:
Almost like any other hotel, the moderator will handle disputes, host events (if event staff aren't). You must be professional and be able to handle disputes following the hotel's protocol, and remain professional (not gossip about bans, users etc).

Official Dealer:
Probably the best rank, since it's a casino based hotel I thought implementing a role like this would be nice. Official dealer's role is to just play and be active in the casino community. There will be benefits given to this dealer, maybe a tradeban command with view inventory command.

That's all folks!

Regards,

P.s. Either PM me a coverletter, or post below, oh, or you can catch me on discord Zach#6237 Thanks.

Edit: You will have to earn you position through loyalty. Moderator/manager position will only be given to the most fit candidates.

Not exactly. There are some individuals like the description above but not everybody is like that :O
there wasnt anything said about people being any way? just that he couldn't find anyone to get the project on it's feet. I was remarking on how that is just like the mantra of the community since most projects never get out of development or even to that stage.
