Everytime I type 'localhost' it redirects me and does this

Look at your link u are at localhost/localhost/index so unless your site is in a folder called index ur configured wrong.

if Jay's comment doesnt help. Portforward, or set up a domain to your website so I can check it.
 
On another note, make sure your IIS site is localhost and not localhost/localhost

App > management > config.php ... Make sure your Hotel URL doesn't end with / - If you're using RevCMS it clearly stats you shouldn't add a / at the end.
