why can't you use a fansite layout as a template

Well, if you can find one yeah. Just a basic design. I'm looking around currently in search of one.

Whip one up and get feedback from people here? Rather than asking for people to give/find you a layout.
Because if we put hard work into it / look for a base, you get the recognition
