Reward cyle?

Okay so I set the reward cycle in database "server_setting" to give coins and pixels every 15 minutes..
Im not to sure its giving the users the coins?
Another thing is i'm not sure how to give users diamonds every 15 minutes either? Only Pixels and Coins.
