Hi y'all, hope you enjoy this theme I've tweaked over the few weeks.

What you need to know!

• Use Phoenix 3.11 CLEAN - Don't use Sheenie's edit
• Supply your own Phoenix DB and emulator
• SWFS are provided in the download folder
• Compatible with HTACCESS and WEB.CONFIG
• Change ranks on /staff.php to your likings
