Make sure you change "%predefined%" to your domain/ip. If its not that then check your config.php and make sure your path to the external variables are correct.

Here I have made a localhost external variables for you.

If that doesn't work, try some new SWFs. This normally happens.

OR It might just be your cache, empty your cache. If you don't know how, google "how to clear browser cache" or use ccleaner, it's free and cleans history, etc.
