2 options to fix it:
1 - External Variables
Your external variables you can add a line and put
old text=new text
2 - HxD Editor
You can use a program called HxD editor and search for "HePix" and replace it with your hotel name.
If you use HxD editor and your hotel name is not the same number of characters as HePix (5) then you will have to learn how to change the bit's in the SWF which there are tutorials out there.
