Remote Server Connection error

My MySQL Details are correct and I have port forward but it's giving me this error?????

Put host as localhost or 127.0.0.1

If not, either turn off Windows Firewall, or add a new rule with the port accepted.

I already port forward, and I added a new rule still doesn't work

This has happened to me before too, never been able to fix it
