There is file what start your Bukkit.jar if it shutdowns.
( IN OWN PC. NO HOST!! ) <- But in VPS you can use this

Dont care about name "Nakki" its projectname. "Bukkit" is new name on title

And for tutorial ->

1. Download file;

2. Extract file for the same folder where Bukkit.jar is.

3. Doupleklick an file and its look like on bottom ^

HOX!! Extract file for the same folder where Bukkit.jar "Lives".
