Agreed with Jay, a little bit better with the Centering. Looks good though. You should release a pokemon pack with all of you pokemon works. 7/10 on the look 10/10 on the effort

Oh and another idea I think you should make an affect, like breathing fire. It is possible by just image editing I made my Christmas holos snow
