Ranks Config (Minecraft Permissions Ex)

I am having some trouble regarding my ranks config, I wrote it out but every time I enter it into the config the plugin in game stops responding.

Line 88 has 2 dashes. Along with 97 and 100
correction: most of the admin and moderator permission groups have 2 dashes

But that still does not explain why it makes the plugin "Invalid" when I input it into the config

If you fix what I just said it will fix the plugin.
and if it doesnt you need a different bukkit version probably
