Okay when i click "Call The Police" i get an alert, but when i do :911 it tells me that there are 0 cops on duty..

I changed my groupid to 3 and jobrank to 4

RageRP? I beleive you're the user using the Reality edit in "Project Foton Mini". Anyway, it is broken code. Get an emulator developer.
