it works on the vps, but when i try to go on my laptop, it dont work... On the VPS is loads and i can get on, but with my laptop, it just stays on 76% - and yes, flash is enabled...

Open your ports via windows firewall and advanced security
Ports: 30000-30001.

Try clearing your cache and making sure the proxy you’re using (if you’re using one) is working for your country/ISP maybe.

You forgot to open ports and allow all connection. Clear cache sign out and sign in, If its still 76% Post your emu config, external vars and client.php please.

open your ports like josh said. you need to open ports 30000,30001 for not just inbound rules but outbound also
