R63 Stable Server

Hello DevBesters,

I was wondering if i could have a Free (not cracked) stable server for r63 (including catalogue, friendbar etc),
Or a stable server which i could fix and add to (but i need help with packets).

The only r63 server I can think of without having a license is UberCMS. If you don't want that I'd recommend getting a cracked version of Phoenix.

Got a tidy emu for r63 though or atleast fixes for them?
I mean like eg r61 server with latest r63 patches/packets/fixes
