R35 Shockwave Player Problem

I need your help guys about retro hotel R35 .. i follow PudddingHotel guide about making retro hotel r35 .. nice guide and easy to understand for newbie like me .. i already edit all the file .. BUT when i try to enter my hotel .. the shockwave player not load i try to refresh the client about 5 times still same .. I already try to reinstall back my shockwave player but the shockwave player still not load .. Did you guys know whats the problem ?

Hey thnx dude .. now the shockwave load BUT after it load the shockwave got error .. its says "This shockwave movie has errors that have caused playback problems.Please contact the author of this content regarding this problem.Shockwave is unable to countinue."
Did you know whats the problem ?
