Portfowarding Issues With REVcms+Phoenix 3.7

can anyone help me with the portforwarding tutorial step by step ?
i'm using 1) XAMPP
2)REVcms
3)Phoenix 3.7
and i using D-LInk Router .
i can buy the VPS . i just want to make a trial hotel and i have register for No-IP.com
so please help me in this issues.
i'm new at habbo making . please guide me.
