Portforward Problem

i portforwarded my retro and the ip works for me as the link but if someone else goes to it it takes a while to load andthen says page not found or something

i have changed the ip's in the config file, any ideas?/

maybe i havent did the correct ports? which ports are you supposed to open?
i have took off my firewall aswell

just the usual stuff, they cant even get to the site. Is it maybe something to do with a static ip? I read that somewhere

Your IP (check on whatismyip.com) would be the ip they would go on
