Edit the group_id column. To change the hotel alert command permission, go to 'command_hotel_alert' and change the group_id aka the rank to the one you want.

If you are using a DB which you havnt used before then there is no point in using it? I mean comon atleast you could have click on every field with "permission" in it and have a look around. So what if you do a mistake. Thats how you learn?
