I know this has been posted a lot but I have tried everything and they still do not work.
Console reads:
swf/habbo-imaging/badge/b01134s23104s06014.gif Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 404 (Not Found)
swf/habbo-imaging/badge/b01134s23104s06014.gif?retry=1 Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 404 (Not Found)
swf/habbo-imaging/badge/b01134s23104s06014.gif?retry=2 Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 404 (Not Found)

Check your variables or web.config in wwwroot and SWF folder.

Variables seem fine
got the rewrite rules in the web.config

Pretty easy fix.

Make sure the overrides and external_variables link to the right destination.
Make sure you've got the right rewrites in the web.config
Make sure the folder actually exists (I think there's a working one with the 371 PRODUCTION release by Sledmore)

If you've checked all of these, PM me and I'll look for you then update the thread with the fix (if there's something I missed).
