PlusEMU Debugging Issue

Hey, I've been away from Habbo Retros and Habbo since 2016 so I'm a little rusty when it comes to all the new methods and programs developers are using now'adays. But lets cut to the chase, I'm trying to edit the commands on a PlusEMU edit/rename and I'm currently having issues debugging the emulator. I'm getting errors and can't seem to resolve the issue, anyone can help?

The error I'm receiving is:
