PlusEMU Client stuck on 76% - EMU throwing erros

I haven't changed anything, I added a word to word filter, then that was it.. after I had resatrted my EMU started receiving this error and getting stuck at 76%

Change your decimal to a dot. (.)
If that doesn't work, turn your MySQL strict mode off.

You're right sorry, I have resolved this issue now anyway it was due to PlusEMU not having the correct tables, etc. I've not updated it and rooms work fine Thank you guys for trying.
