PlusEMU - Client doesnt work proxy

Can anyone help me with this problem, i put in the proxy ip and port into the client.php, but then the client sticks with 76%.

If it works without proxy then something wrong with ur proxy. Also, if ur proxy is from hostsavor then its definitely the proxy, my proxy isnt working either and its from hostsavor, been like that for a couple of hours now.
