PHPRetro Help!

Hi, I decided to create a phpretro and it has failed, I make it to the part in the phpretro installer where I can choose housekeeping or home page and I can't loggin, I need help as I have followed guides hundreds of times and I can never seem to resolve the problem, please help

Edit: Also what do I put for the 'Site Path'? :S

Does all content go messy after the installation? such as images and pages get funny?

I get an error after I finish installation and I can never log in to my site to make it online
