Phoenix Licence Emu Error

Hey Devbest,
My phoenix Emu wont work the exception im getting is
Object reference not set to an instance of an object.
People are saying its something to do with the host file but where u have to add habboon.com at the bottom but when i do that the phoenix emu refusing to open. So i undo what i did.
