I would get a new emulator Phoenix 3.11 or gold tree emulator are updated and work well.

Use GoldTree, it has better commands.

When I used it my users randomly got 2000+ achievement and a ton of badges, half of them don't even show.

Yeah that's the only problem with it but other then that runs great tbh, my emulator has been running for over 15 days:

You maybe have your vpn or proxy on.

As Jerry said, it means you have a VPN active.

Check to see if the emu is taking connections when you load client, if it don't say anything then make sure your ports are open.
