Phoenix Emu Exceptions Errors

Ok so i got my emu all ready and set up when i enter my hotel it picks up the ip then disconnects the ip then says exceptions saved please someone help thanks!!

I'm having this same problem as of 2014. At first it started working but then later on after I switched to another CMS, the client started doing hotel view, then 30 seconds and disconnect. Does anybody have a solution to this 404 error not found?
