Phoenix EMU error..

Hey guys, Basically I'm having issues with my phoenix emu, i'm not sure about this error it may just be me doing something rong in the config but heres a picture:

db.port=3306

and game.tcp.port=3306 to
game.tcp.port=30000

Change the mus port towards the bottom of the config to 30001
