[Logic]

I'm getting this error when running Phoenix Emulator. I am using Jonty's UberCMS 2.0 with the database that's supposed to be compatible with Phoenix. I am now getting this error in my emulator when I open my client.

Check your permission_ranks and ranks if all ranks has the appropriate permissions (I mean e.g. permissions for rank 3 exists). And check if any users are ranked on a missing rank.

Nope, didn't work. I had rank 4 missing from permissions_rank & ranks and I added it back in.
