Pets do not appear in the inventory

My problem is that when you buy a pet, he's not coming to my inventory, and it's damaging my users. Could anyone help me solve?
When purchasing the mascot, the only thing that appears in my inventory is the cabbage.

Mascot?! Not sure what that is, is it a pet?!

Make sure you run the queries that came with PlusEMU R2 to make sure the pets interactions are set to the correct state.
