People cant get on client

Hey,
I can get on my client through the vps but no one else can get on the client it is stuck on 76% for them.
On my own pc its the same it only connects via vps
Someone please help me

Make sure your ports are open "30000-30001" on your firewall.

Goto your Windows firewall and security, then goto inbound rules, Create a new rule / port, then choose TCP, then in specific ports type "30000-30001". Then click next for all options.

Then it's something other than the ports you have done because opening the ports wouldn't really have caused that, check your developer console and check if any error logs are popping up - if you're using Google Chrome click F12 and direct to Console and then you'll want to Preserve the Logs by clicking the cog wheel on the Console Tab then click Preserve Logs and it will save all the logs.

It was fixed via teamviewer.
