CPU: Intel Core i9-9900KF - 76.2%
GPU: Nvidia RTX 2070 - 133.3%
SSD: Samsung 860 QVO 1TB - 109.4%
HDD: Seagate FireCuda SSHD 2TB (2016) - 98.2%
RAM: G.SKILL Trident Z RGB DDR4 3200 C16 2x8GB - 70.7%
MBD: Asus ROG STRIX Z390-E GAMING

suggestions in general for overclocking? suggestions on vcore? temps?

What are the percentages you have listed here? Also I don't think overclocking is worth the 5FPS

userbenchmark.com thing, which is like how my piece of hardware performs to other exact pieces compared to other users of the benchmark, which is not very stable of test because of system strain and conditions varying from each user, all irrelevant tbh

Crank it all to the max.

If your system is unstable, unplug the CPU fan from the header, that'll give you 25% more clock speed
