GTA V New Update has a bug?

So I got the new update, but when I go on story mode, I can't switch characters or do the mission. When I press the down button, nothing happens. Has this happened to anyone else?

What mission are you now? Because to switch other characters you need to do missions, to unlock them. You can't just get the characters.

I'm on a FIB Mission, I've already been all 3 characters.

Nevermind, it got fixed in the new update.
