Need Some Help On Making A Retro

I probally put this in the wrong section if so please move it. Anyways, I need a tutorial that can show me how to setup a r63b retro with working swfs and groups. Also if the group badges don't work then can you please send me to a fix. I need everything to make the retro such as the cms the emulator and the swfs as well as the database. Also I am using a 4gb vps with windows 8 and I don't wish to use IIS. I also don't want to pay anyone because I don't have the money to spare.

I didn't care for the tut and revcms isn't a good cms. Plus the catalog is in spanish and it's not that good of a emu.
