Have you installed ODBC drivers? And at the same time installed the required .NET framework version as your emulator needs?

now... my client isnt.. i got scrieenies.
another thing. in house keeping. were it says the IP. were the fuck do i find that?
or is it my dcrs?

Use your IP. Or you could just put it at 127.0.0.1 . Just aslong as You set your emulator to connect to the ip too.
