Need help with Bukkit server

I followed the tutorial

You must be registered for see links

to set up Bukkit server. When I start the run.bat, it gives me an error.

rename the craftbukkit-1.3.2-R3-0.jar to just craftbukkit.jar

Ok, I got that done. Now my problem is, how do I get people to connect and play on my server?

Okay, port forward 25565:

You must be registered for see links

Then, you go on

You must be registered for see links

after that, go into the config and make your ip your ip.
After this it should work. I can't recall completely how but you can always google it.
