I have been up and down the CMS Release Section But cannot Find A Decent 1 That will work with my database and emu if you could help me would be grateful as I have been looking all day tried out so many and they all just failed. thanks.

EMU : Phoenix 3.1.1 + Database that comes with it.

Use RevCMS and make your own theme.

I do not know how to make themes. I just need one that looks good. because I hate the mango theme, and the priv I downloaded a habbo styled one but it was all over the place.
