Ive been practicing banner making this is my 3rd - 4th attempt. I need hard judgment so I can improve, thanks in advance.

Try adding a proper boarder around the actual banner. Change the description font to Volter, it's much more eye-appealing. Make the highlight tool smooth, you can see the rock solid anti-aliased lines. I suggest you use the feather tool for the highlight effect you went for, go to Effects, Object and you'll find the feather tool. Play around with it. Other than that, great job. Thanks for giving credit, I appreciate it.

Its really good for being your 3rth and 4rth attempt but as Noctorious said, try adding a proper border and use Volter. 7/10
