Mysql not connecting

Hello guys I put my password in navicat and it works perfectly fine when i put it on the revcms config it says incorrect . whats the issue ? everything i put is correct.

Have you put the correct hostname and mysql username?

Yes everything is correct i dont know why this is the first time ever
 
it says " 1251- Client does not support authentication protocol requested by server; consider upgrading MYSQL client "

Try upgrade your MySQL version?
