MySQL Error

Hello, I am setting up a Habbo retro with IIS with a CMS (R63) and DB that I had 4 years ago.
I think almost everything is good but I have one problem:


MySQL Engine - Pepper Hotel:
MySQL could not connect to host




I did check my config.php a lot but it is good.
Is there someone that can help me please?

What versions is enabled in IIS under phpmanager ?

RevCMS? Is MySQL installed? If yes is the information correct.

did you start mysql? is the port 3306 open?

do you even need port 3306 open?

ontopic : your database config must be wrong bcs mysql couldnt connect

yes 3306 is default mysql port so it must be open unless he uses a custom mysql port which l doubt

ah sorry i thought u meant on the firewall side

If it fails to connect it usually means it's failing to connect with the database, it could be a incorrect password in config.php or in the database. Check it to be sure.

Now I'm using a BrainCMS but I still get a error..

I was unable to connect to the provided MySQL server. Please ask the administrator to review the error message log for details.
