i get a error that say's that my hotel cannot connect what's the problem

i use PHPretro and the holograph emulator

v26 and this time i think it's not my DCR (some people say that i don't know how to set DCR)

look to the ports on the file system_confg and change the ports on housekeeping to the ports that stays there
