If you suck at html and css you're not going to be able to make a habbo-ish mod tool, you'll need to at least have the basics down to offer some sort of snippet so we can assist, otherwise we're just writing it for you.

On topic, you could have atleast generously taken your time to crop the edges of the mod tool's border for someone to cssify it :/
