Recruiting Looking for someone to start a new site with

Hey friends,

I'm interested in opening a new hotel. This would be a joint venture as obviously I'm not able to do everything myself. I would prefer someone that is more geared to development, however is not required.

I have been part of the retro community on/off for about 8-9 years now. Everything will be professionally ran (ie. Starting credits not set to 1 million). I will be trying to keep everything updated and make sure there is a great user experience.
