Looking for a dev

Me and a couple of my friends are looking for a developer to create a retro hotel. We have no "technical" knowledge, for this reason we are looking for someone who would like to do this, given the fact that the hotel will not be in English, we will discuss the details personally.

The developer's work will be paid: You only need knowledge in development, and you will receive every cent received from donations.

Hi I am willing to do it for free, however I have no technical knowledge of writing emulators. I know of multiple languages and really dont care which one you would want it written. I just need good documentation, it helps when people stick to standard convention and good OOP.
