localhost help

Previously i hooked up an IIS retro to localhost because I am a cheap dad who doesn't like to spend money. Now, i have deleted all of the Microsoft Server stuff and my IIS stuff, cleared out my wwroot files and i go to start Apache and on XAMPP and it does not start.

This is the screen i get when i go to localhost

Hi please help me thanks i don't know what to do i've looked everywhere for a solution including going to the apache forums. Thanks coders

It looks like your IIS is still running, remove this from under windows features and reboot the computer

I deleted and disabled it, but it still does not work. I don't know what to do lol.

enabling iis, try adding a web.config to your wwwroot or whereever your files would be located.
