Leenster's new emulator don't work?

Well lenster released his bcstorm update yesterday, but I'm having this problem when I open the emulator:

Did you set the connection to your MySQL database?

Yes because it said "connected to database" and I did it.

It strangely looks like a Phoenix EMU error when you don't have MySQL connector. Try downloading that?

I had to run this SQL:
SET GLOBAL max_connections = 2000;
