Recruiting Laravel developer

Hi!

For my upcoming project, I need someone who is able to work with Laravel and to do the following things:
Be advised: the developer will be paid.

• Be able to setup the Laravel project (including a Habbo theme)
• Be able to get Laravel working with a clean PlusEMU database
• Be able to create the pages: index, register, me and client (as we want to keep the site side minimized as possible)
